Richard is a fantastic teacher, which is why we booked a refresher CPR course with him for a second consecutive year. His teaching skills are excellent: he uses good examples of emergencies adapted to the dental office reality, illustrated by short movies, so it is very easy to remember and learn the tasks in an organised way. The hands-on part was extensive; he provided us with pointers on how to proceed in our environment in the safest way for both the patient and the team. This unique, personalised approach makes us very confident and well-prepared for any emergency. We appreciate his services and highly recommend him as a CPR Instructor.
